Aloyse May has been registered as an Avocat à la Cour at the Luxembourg Bar since 1979.

He was member of the Bar Council from 1999 to 2001.

He advises and assists institutional clients, mainly in the banking and financial area, and his fields of interest cover corporate, banking and financial laws.

Julien Dif was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2001. He assists clients of the firm in the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated investment funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds, advises on private equity and hedge fund strategies, provides corporate advice and services in relation to the structuring of Luxembourg investment funds and represents the firm on working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry.

Julien Dif was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2007. He regularly advises promoters of foreign collective investment schemes on all Swiss legal and regulatory aspects relating to the public distribution and private placement of such products, and over the entire period of their distribution in Switzerland. He frequently works with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA; in particular ensuring maintenance of all required authorisations.
