We stay up to date with new developments in the Legal and Regulatory environment not only in Luxembourg but in the European Union so that we may better understand the needs, and assist our clients in the funds industry with the structuring, registration, listing, distribution, maintenance and management, and the realisation of their investment funds and other investment vehicles such as Luxembourg Sicars. Additionally, we advise and assist our clients in their contractual relationships as regards fund domiciliation, custodians, investment managers, and other industry related services.
