AMMC Law are proud to announce the launch of the first free Luxembourg law iPhone application.
The app, which is available to dowload, allows one to browse or search the full text – updated and consolidated by AMMC Law – of the most important business laws in Luxembourg, including:
the Civil Code;
the Commercial Code;
the Employment Code;
the Civil Procedure Code;
the 1915 Company Law;
the 2002 Company Register and Accounts Law;
the 2004 SICAR Law; and
the 2007 SIF Law.
To ensure that the information is as up-to-date as possible, iLaw accesses a bespoke internet-based database; created, edited and maintained by our firm, and optimised for rapid downloading and quick searching.
The app will be regularly enhanced by the addition of further codes, laws and regulations.
