In addition to abolishing the Law of the 28th June 1984 relating to the organisation of the profession of réviseur d’entreprises, this Law also modifies a number of other laws that refer to réviseurs d’entreprises, including in particular the following:
the Law of the 10th August 1915 relating to commercial companies;
the Law of the 19th December 2002 relating to the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés;
the Law of the 5th April 1993 relating to the financial sector; and
the Laws on specialised investment funds, undertakings for collective investment, pension funds, Sociétés d’investissement en capital à risque, etc. etc.
