The Luxembourg Parliament enacted a Law in 2004 which introduces attractive legal, regulatory, and tax framework for Luxembourg securitisation vehicles (SV).
In addition to providing legal advice and guidance to originators, SPVs, investors and intermediaries involved in Luxembourg Securitisation transactions, members of our team have in previous experience provided legal guidance on the structuring of laws and regulations regarding such matters to foreign government bodies and regulatory institutions.
