Thomas Roberdeau



Thomas Roberdeau is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice and Corporate practice.

In particular, Thomas works in the areas of investment management, private equity, structured finance and capital markets. He has also acquired a breadth of experience in insurance and reinsurance. His specialised knowledge combined with a solid civil and general commercial law background allows him to have a global approach of clients needs.

Thomas became a member of the Luxembourg bar in 2006 and, prior to joining AMMC Law, practised for more than three years in corporate and banking and finance fields at major law firms in Luxembourg.

Thomas was a lecturer at the University of Nancy (France) in Employment Law and in Civil and Commercial Contracts Law. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Law from the University of Nancy (France) and a post-graduate Degree in Business Law (DESS), a post-graduate Degree in Private Law (DEA) and a DJCE (“Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise”) from the same university.

Thomas’s interests outside the office include music, playing piano, painting and travelling.

Arnaud Arrecgros



Arnaud Arrecgros is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice. Although Arnaud focuses primarily on banking & finance, his area of expertise extends to other areas of law, including general corporate law.

He has been involved in and has extensive experience of cross-border corporate, acquisition, real estate and structured finance, and securitisation, corporate and insolvency restructuring.

He is a member of the Luxembourg bar and, prior to joining AMMC Law, he practised for several years at major law firms in Luxembourg.

Arnaud holds an LL.M. in American Law from the Boston University School of Law (2004) and a post-graduate degree in Business Law (DESS) from the Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires - University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France).

He was legal counsel to the Lysias Panthéon Assas association (organising the inter-university moot) and his interests outside the firm include photography, wine tasting and deep-sea diving.

Stephanie Attoumani



Stephanie Attoumani is an Associate in the corporate department.

Stephanie holds a Masters in Private Law and a Masters in International Private Law from the University of Strasbourg, France.

She is a member of both the Strasbourg Bar association and the Luxembourg Bar.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys travelling, reading and playing badminton.

Baptiste Aubry



Baptiste Aubry is a senior associate in the Corporate Law – M&A Practice where he specialises in corporate restructuring, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional business law. His practice includes incorporations, structuring of companies and liquidations.

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

Baptiste Aubry studied for one year at the Saint-Thomas Aquinas High School, London, Ontario, Canada, and holds a Masters in Business Law from the University of Lyon III – Jean Moulin and a post-graduate Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nancy 2 (France).

Baptiste’s interests outside the office include music, football, motor racing and vintage cars.

Jack Baldwin



After leaving school, Jack Baldwin lived in China before returning to the UK and graduating from the University of Leeds with a BA in Politics and Parliamentary Studies.

Having worked in both the British and Canadian Parliaments, he then completed a law conversion, studying for both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Diploma in Legal Practice at BPP Law School, Leeds.

In his spare time, he plays a range of sports (badly), is trying to become at least a competent cook and listens to a lot of music.

Sonia Bellamine



Sonia Bellamine is a Managing Associate in the corporate department.

Sonia specialises in cross-border transactions, international restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Her expertise also extends to banking and financial law. She has been involved in various projects relating to the setting up of Sharia-compliant investment funds.

Sonia is a regular contributor to the Luxembourg corporate law magazine Jurisnews.

Sonia has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004 and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg, France, and a post-graduate Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Business School of Management of Strasbourg, France.

Her interests outside the office include reading both classical and contemporary literature, the theatre and the cinema.

Laeticia Colaneri



Laeticia Colaneri is a senior associate in the corporate department.

In particular, Laeticia works in the areas of private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional business law.

Prior to joining AMMC Law, Laeticia worked for several years in corporate fields at major law firms and trust companies in Luxembourg, and was also legal counsel for a major telecommunication group.

Laeticia holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Nancy, France. Her interests outside the office include music, art, fashion and travelling.

Christopher Clarke



Christopher Clarke is a managing associate in the Corporate Law – M&A practice.

He has a wide range of experience in all commercial matters, including company formations and corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements of all kinds.

Christopher read Law at the University of Bristol, England, and holds post-graduate Diplomas in Legal Practice and in Notarial Practice from the University of Cambridge. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996 and granted a faculty as a Notary Public in 2006. He was President of Bristol Law Society in 2007/8.

Christopher’s interests outside the office include football, rugby, rowing and vintage cars.

Christophe Dehlinger



Christophe Dehlinger is a senior associate in the Banking and Financial Law practice. Although Christophe is focusing primarily on banking and financial law, he is involved in other areas of law including mutual funds and investment funds, securitisation, intellectual property and general corporate law.

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

Christophe holds a Masters Degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg (France), as well as a post-graduate Degree in Banking and Financial Law from the same University.

In his spare time, he enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle, which includes jogging, cycling and spending time with his family and friends. Christophe is also an avid reader of contemporary French and American literature.

Sabrina Haddadji



Sabrina Haddadji is an Associate in the Commercial practice.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Middlesex University, a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2) of University Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense, and is a student lawyer (admitted to the CRFPA exam) at the Paris Bar – Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de Paris.

Juliette Joachim



Juliette Joachim-Oresve is a Senior Associate in the investment funds practice and corporate practice.

Before joining AMMC Law, Juliette worked in a major law firm in the field of regulated investment funds and within a business intelligence firm.

Juliette has Master’s degrees in European Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Political Science from IEP Lille and in Strategy of Business Intelligence from the ESLSCA-EGE, Paris.

Juliette supports the cause of children through various non-profit associations and enjoys art and writing.

Thibaut Lassalvy



Thibaut Lassalvy is an Associate in the corporate department.

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Law from the University of Montpellier, France, and has graduated from the Montpellier Business School - SupdeCo specialising in “Business creation and restructuring”.

Thibaut’s interests outside the office include golf, wine tasting, reading and travelling.

Anthony Levy



Anthony Levy is an Associate in the corporate department.

Anthony studied in both England and France as an undergraduate student, obtaining an English LL.B. from Sheffield Hallam University and a French Master I from Université Paris XII, before moving to Australia where he obtained a Masters of Laws at the University of Sydney.

He also recently completed his Diploma in Legal Practice in Leeds,England.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys playing and watching football, travelling, and reading. He is also a film enthusiast.

Régis Muller



Régis Muller is a senior associate in the Corporate and Employment Law Practices. His expertise also extends to litigation matters.

He advises a wide range of clients from individuals to multinational groups on all kinds of commercial agreements and aspects of employment law as well as on corporate restructuring.

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

Régis was a lecturer at the University Paul Verlaine of Metz (France) on Agreements and Liabilities Law for five years.

He has a post-graduate Degree in Private Law from the University of Nancy II (France).

Régis’s interests outside the office include golf practice and travelling.

Emmanuelle Priser

Caroline Reppert



Caroline Reppert read Law at the University of Nancy II, gaining first an undergraduate degree and then a post-graduate professional law degree, specialising in employment law.

Moving to the University of Lorraine, Caroline obtained a Master’s in Business Law.

During the course of her studies, she wrote two dissertations: the first on the establishment of a whistleblowing system within a company; and the second on the investigation of financial crime and tax offences.

Her interests outside of the office include spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling.

Yves Tumba



Yves Tumba Mwana has been an avocat with the Luxembourg Bar since 2003.

He is responsible for AMMC Law’s litigation practice.

He is responsible for AMMC Law’s litigation practice. Before joining AMMC Law, Yves was a litigation lawyer with Luxembourg and Belgium law firms.

He has a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. He enjoys football, jogging and travel.

Christina Voigt

Julien Dif

Julien Dif was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2001. He assists clients of the firm in the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated investment funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds, advises on private equity and hedge fund strategies, provides corporate advice and services in relation to the structuring of Luxembourg investment funds and represents the firm on working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry.

Julien Dif was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2007. He regularly advises promoters of foreign collective investment schemes on all Swiss legal and regulatory aspects relating to the public distribution and private placement of such products, and over the entire period of their distribution in Switzerland. He frequently works with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA; in particular ensuring maintenance of all required authorisations.
